Neil Westerby  President and CEO has extensive world wide experience as a strong leader in the Sales industry, starting and managing his own Distribution company over 20 years ago. Since then  has held key management positions world wide including Unisys, The Baan Company, SEC, and for the last 12 years as Managing Director of Novasoft and its sister company Optima Global Solutions Europe Ltd.

Neil has managed and delivered projects in the USA, Europe and Asia. Neil speaks English and Spanish at a business level and delivers solutions to clients on a global scale, Always striving for optimum outcomes in a results-orientated environment without compromising quality of service or standards.
